Just a reminder to everyone that negative comments regarding either a for sale thread or a product offered by a vendor isn't appropriate.

Ha ha, was this pre-emptive based on your prediction of problems?  Or just a general reminder?

Someone had posted a comment about the product that wasn't appropriate in a vendor's thread so I removed it and posted the comment.

Jay, is this a piece of glass that goes over the existing mirror on the car? It the second picture of the thread the glass looks clear and not like a mirror at all.

Is it possible to add the turn signals to this now or would they have to be included with an order for these. Are the Solstice letters on the glass etched on or are they an applique or some sort?

Truth is SlyB, so many tasks I've had, none harder than to photograph these mirrors.

How to do it? I am so open to suggestions?

Practically, the new mirror overlays the old. Just peel the wrapper backing from its foam and attach.

Photographing (in-mirror turn signal) lights are as difficult as photographing the mirrors themselves. There's just no way to illustrate the result of blinking lights behind the mirrors.

Easy enough to explain but no visuals I'm afraid.

Have you considered a Youtube video to illustrate the mirror?

HAHA, I didn't see that at first and had to study the photograph to find it; just as I saw it someone else made the same comment! Hey, my very own poltergeist.

Actually, I took the etched mirror and placed it in a box (trying to reduce the reflection). So that image is the reflection from the corner of the box... no butt.

That's why I'm a technician and not a photographer...
