No, we actually have it hooked up and sitting out for testing all functions and accessories.  Once that is done we programmed the SWI, then I turned off the car.  Disconnect everything, tape all wires, plug everything back in getting ready for the final push back of the radio.  Test everything one more time.  Secure the radio and then test one more time before closing up the dash.  That is when we discovered the SWI not working, I managed to get it in view of the window behind the radio.  We left it installed and reprogrammed the SWI using a long screwdriver to push the program button.  Then we closed up the dash.  The next day he said it worked on the way to work but not on the way home.

I know this is a jinx, but mine has worked flawlessly since the install.  If you remember Joe, we had to call Crutchfield a couple of times and it turned out the dip switch settings published were wrong.

I know that does not explain why it would work and then stop.

I learned from that, we set the switch before we did anything

Looking to try it out?  LOL!!!!!!

Not sure, I'm giving it a while for 3 reasons:

1) Cost.  Hoping it will drop a little.
2) Newish Technology.  Hoping it will prove itself over time and get more reviews. Plus I hate buying 1st or 2nd Generation.
3) Time to enjoy it.  If I get these orders, I'll only have a few months in the States and then off to Afganastan for a few.

So, for the time being, like I said, keeping my eye on it.
