1. Is the rear side windows Plexiglas?
2. Is the rear hatch window being offered in Plexi or OEM glass?
3. If so, what is the price difference?
4. Is the rear hatch window functional with gas struts?
5. How is the underside of the hatch (and separate structural interior panel) finished?
6. If the inner panel(s) is painted is it possible for an upholster shop to give it a more finished appearance?
7. How is the driver, passenger, and rear hatch windows sealed?
8. Is the inside quieter or louder than the convertible.
9. Are there inherent squeeks and rattles?
10. Does the price include exterior color matching or is that a separate service?
11. How long does it take to install if I wanted to install this on my own?
12. What would the timeframe be if I dropped my car off at your shop for the installation, and is that also a separate fee?
13. Is my decklid given back to me or would I receive a credit if I didn't want it back?
14. If my vehicle is equipped w/XM is that transferred over during the installation process?
15. If this is going to be used as a seasonal item do you recommend leaving the convertible top in place?
16. And finally, do you provide gawker insurance?
