ATTENTION V8 converted SKY/SOL owners!!

Do any of you with the V8 converted Kappas have a working cruise control?

I'm pretty sure when we went to Wades Garage a while ago, Wade said that they had the cruise working on the 06s and the 07s. Contact our vendors DDM and Performance Autowerks and check with them, you might be able to get the cruise added to your car.

Some may have figured it out and some may have not...

Actually there are only a couple of V8 cars with working cruise control. Trying to find a couple of them to see what they have in common that makes their cruise control work. Most conversions (including Wade's) do NOT have working cruise control.

Bcm changed after 07.  I spoke with Wade. He says later years are hit and miss to get it to work but it works on the 06/07

All the good cars were 06-07. The newer ones just weren't as good. This is just more proof.

I have an '06 and the CC does not work ... DDM and Wade use the same tuner so that isn't the problem ... I know it is being looked into though.

Can't speak from experience here as I do not own the V8 "mod" (though I am green with envy!)
But I do have CC on my LNF and would be willing to trade any V8 kappa owner straight up so you could have CC and I could have MORE POWER!!!
Now that's what I call a "win-win"

Mine is also an 06, converted June 2012, and the cruise control does not work.

 My '07 factory cruise works same as before upgrade. (2.4 n/a)

I thought I read somewhere that getting the CC to work depended on if the V8 conversion was based on a 2.4 or 2.0.
