FS: Set of staggered OZ Ultraleggeras
« on: July 31, 2012, 11:36:54 AM »
I bought the set from another member here years ago.  They are still in the box and have never been used.  Sold my car and now have no use for them.  I can send pics to anyone interested.  Will consider all offers.

Color is silver.  Set is staggered 8 x 18 and 9 x 18.  Located in Maryland, near PA, DE border.  I have some pics, but not sure how to get them to show up here.

OZ doesn't make these babies for the Solstice anymore.  Haven't for at least a year I think.  Pricing for the same size set for other makes/models average about $350 a piece ($1400 for a set).

I'll let mine go for around $1000 + shipping if needed o.b.o. close to that.

Little more than I want to pay for another set of wheels.
Have them powder coated black
And then having to wrap them in fresh rubber.

iHawk

You currently don't have the power to push 275s effectively.  IMHO, you would not want to go staggered until you added about 150HP to your sol.

True.  But to pass up the opportunity to get a set of wheels that are not easy to come by anymore...:(
Which is why I didn't even send a PM about them.  I'd rather someone use em because I knew I couldn't get them anyway.

I have other things I need to do first...like tires within the next 2 weeks.  Otherwise, my car won't be ready for August 25th and it won't be able to go to MD...unless I really do have a deathwish!

I can't believe these are not sold yet.

The silver will look awesome on a silver kappa or on a Darker Color.

Not THAT car...  although, a slammed Soul with 275s on the rear might look good.  I'm not sure it would make it out of the driveway, but it might look good.

You have another car?

As for the Kia and 275s I guess it couldn't hurt.

I did get another car.  It kind of happened by accident.  We are testing it at the moment.  If the Misses likes it, we'll keep it and sell the Soul.  If she doesn't, it will be for sale in the next few months.  I keep telling her we should sell all the cars and then she can have her CTS-V Coupe.  But, then she brings up practicallity.  We need at least 3 cars.  Ok, that's not really true.  We need 4.  If only I wasn't so protective of our cars.  Unfortunately, If we got the V, I'd be so paranoid every day she parked it at the Zoo I'd go nuts.  No where on earth, save for Disney, do people and their kids cause more damage to the car next to them than the freakin Zoo.

Anyway.  Kelu will get mad at me if I keep posting about some car without any pictures, so let's just forget I mentioned it.
