This will raise the blood pressure of some, but so be it. That is not the intent.
1) The only realistic way a spring will "damage" a shock, assuming the spring is properly installed and/or doesn't break, is if it is too short and causes the shock to bottom out. That will at the very least damage the valving and could do other bad stuff. If a shock leaks, it is unrelated. Ask someone with leaky shocks that DOESN'T have coil overs.
2) Front toe in on a Kappa will increase understeer. A small amount of front toe out will help turn in, while too much will cause problems (the front wheels start to compete with each other as they turn further). The common range people were using at the 07 and 08 Solo Nats was from 1/16 - 3/16". Rear toe in on a GXP/RL will help controlling power oversteer, but very small amounts have real effect (1/16 - 1/8"). On the 2.4 NO toe in needs to be uses, and some were using 1/32 -1/16 toe OUT to free up the rear. (All this for Solo. Road racing would be different to compensate for suspension compliance under different loads than Solo generates.)
3) There is only one set of sway bars from Eibach. The set p/n is 38105.320. They are 32mm hollow front and 25mm hollow rear. According to Eibach they are no firmer than the FE3 bars. They came out in 2006 to help the handling of the FE3 cars. When asked if they would provide any improvement on an FE3 car they said NO. If somebody with an FE3 equipped car buys these assuming any measurable or perceptable changes will probably not be happy campers. Eibach only produces ONE set of bars for the Kappas. Eibach has not shared the bar rates.
4) Per Eibach the Pro sport springs are very close to the FE3 springs in rate and will drop the car approx. 1.0" front and 1.3" rear The SportLine springs are the same rates but will dump the car in the weeds at 1.6" front and 2.0" rear drops.
