IMHO, Vettel caused the issue at the first turn. Verstappen made a run up the inside, which he is allowed to do. Kimi saw him and avoided Verstappen and held his position but then Vettel tried to pass Kimi on the outside and cut the apex of the turn too much. He hit Kimi and Kimi hit Verstappen.
Meanwhile Rosberg got away clean and that was the last time anyone saw him until the red flag. That Red flag gave Hamilton a ton of help, but that was still one hell of a charge. He is truly one of the all time greats of F1 and I don't think he has hit the midpoint of his career. Rosberg just continued where he left off and drove a perfect race. A very solid performance. Riccardo had a solid if somewhat boring to watch race as he was alone most of it. Too far back to challenge Rosberg but in the clear from the rest of the pack.

Mid pack and back of the pack racing was once again awesome. Lots of great passes. I do think Verstappen was being dangerously aggressive in defending his position against the Ferrari's and I find it hilarious that they missed Bleeping out Kimi dropping the F-Bomb. Alonso had a great race and the Honda McLaren looked very competitive. It's a shame Button did not finish.

Williams continues to slide which allowed Force India to finally pass them in the Constructor points.

Elff, I have a slight different opinion on the Vettel incident, I do not believe he realized that Verstappen was on the other side of Kimi.
My reason is based on the comments he made after the race.
You also have to give a lot of credit to Force India. I am liking the fact we have teams now that are very close and shows what the drivers can manage to to do in the race.
The kid as Vettel said needs to be talked to. so we do not have a big tragedy on the upcoming races. Accidents at the F1 speeds involving 2 or more cars are usually BAD.

I see that as vettle's error. I watch the replay a few times. His dive in was unexpected and overly aggressive. Not driving a good line. Driving to crush.

Verstapen probably shouldn't have had all fours off the road, but he didn't cause Vettle to hit his teammate.

After watching the replays, Vettel admitted fault. He did not know that Verstappen was on the other side, but if he had not tried to squeeze Kimi, they would have all made it 3 wide

That was my original assessment base on the comments he made after the race. He really did not know Verstappen was there and thought Kimi could move down.
