  The NASSM 2012 Room Thread is now open.

The cutoff date of May 20 leaves a TOTAL of only 28 rooms available for Thursday and Friday.

We are keeping a close watch on the room pickup list and adding rooms as needed.

There is a set number of nights contracted already and we as an event do not want to pay for rooms or nights not filled.


Don't let this happen to you.

The Crowne Plaza received high marks in the selection process for their willingness to accommodate the needs of NASSM 2012. Understand, there will be minor glitches, so be patient as we seek a resolution to you issue.

More rooms were added to the block for Wednesday.

If anyone has any room booking issues, post here or PM me and I will take care of the issue as soon as possible.
We have plenty of rooms available outside our group block.
These rooms can be moved into our block at the discount rate.

Room reservations can also be cancelled up to 24 hours before your arrival.
If you are on the fence or unsure of your ability to travel, RESERVE YOUR ROOM NOW! You can pay your $88 event registration on site but if you don't get your room early, you may be stuck away from the main group.

Rooms not booked in our block have been released and the link is no longer available. If any other attendees need to book a room it will be based upon the prevailing rate.

Guests should now call 800-733-3211 with reservation requests and / or changes.

You can always cancel your room if you are not able to attend. Rooms WILL BE hard to come by.
