Yeah the standing around in the parking lot looking at the cars and chatting with people is always my favourite part of any meet or gathering.
Just trying to do my part...

< None.  I'm a lone wolf/live and let live type type person.  Posted was planning/hoping on attending last year, but had been dealing with some serious family health issues for the last few years so it really made it tuff to decide if I should go or if it was even morally right to go.  Then got a PM from someone saying they noticed I hadn't sent any money or signed  up for any events and didn't think it was fair to the people who had.  So I just replied saying I wasn't going to attend.  However, the real reason I decided not to go was because I didn't want or need anyone's judgement or drama.  Heck, I would of been happy to just come and check out the Kappa's and talk to folks in the parking lot.

Yep I'm the Rodney King of the Kappa world, can't we all just get along.  ;)

I'm offended you haven't sent me any money for hanging around this forum I don't own.

I don't think anyone should have to pay money because you hang around this forum GJ.  I think we have all paid dearly for that.

The most truthfull statement ever made SA I am proud of you.

Chop Top, the reason they harp on getting the sign up money upfront is because they need it to set up all the 'free' meeting rooms and hotel hospitality.

I think he meant free as in how hotels try to make it seem like they are helping support the function but still charge for it.

No need to PM me, I have this page all set up already!

(actually, I have nothing to do with it, but I like to take credit for things I didn't do.)

I have driven a Solstice to all of them!  :drive:

Registered for Asheville!

And that is why your handle is solNUT.

We didn't have a Kappa for Kansas City, but we did go to Nashville, Vegas, of course Denver, and Austin, just so you guys could visit my sisters bar.

We didn't go to Canton, because the Mallett was in the paint shop.

We are not going to Ashville, it is just too far to drive, for old people.  But, we will be in Flagstaff next year.  How about an international meet in 2014, someware in Canada.
Thanks, Dave Russell
