You probably already know this Deep...but just in case.  Don't try to jam as much gas in there as possible when you fill up.  If you keep doing the squeeze click, squeeze click deal, you will find you car is harder to start.  I usually fill until it clicks the first time, give it about 5 seconds, do 1 more squeeze click and stop.  Also make sure you have the nozzle all the way into the opening.  No issues starting the car after filling with this method (on any of the cars I have).  If you already knew this, my next guess is the gas cap too.

I definitely always put it all the way in and I never put any more gas in after it clicks off the first time.

A tech from the GM/Saturn dealer up the street came into my work and I told him about it, he said it's either the gas cap or the Purge Solenoid is sticking.

I put my stock ecm with stock gmpp tune back into my car....im going to see if the code comes up again with the stock ecm until i take it into the dealer.

Also, i checked out spark plug #3 and #2.
#3 is the cylinder that misfires some times and I also take out #2 to compare them...

The plug doesn't look bad, check to make sure it is gapped properly.

That plug isn't horrible, but isn't great either.  Mine were improperly gapped from the factory when I removed the first set from my car.  I ordered new ones and regapped them, and presto...snooth running again.

The gap on the plug doesn't look bad at all but the color looks different on the porcelain, unless it’s just the way it looks in the picture.  I would pick up a set of plugs and just try them.  Since you’ve come this far it’s an easy and relatively cheap thing to test.
