why would you drive the car with painters tape on it? Doesn't that kind of defeat the purpose of enjoying the car?

Its not a show car, its ok to get some bugs on it!

If I was driving to a car show... then sure, but I see no reason to do that for the mod meet

What about the clear paint bra stuff? That seems the best compromise. Looks decent, protects like crazy, and you don't look silly going down the road.

Personally, I have a bunch of chips in my car, because I drive it year round and bought it used, so one day I will simply repaint it. Take advantage of this to make it cool like Rob's!

My car has gone through 2 bumper covers and is on its third already.

I would never waste my money for the 3M bra when I could respray it (one time) for cheaper. than the install

While I have not tried it yet, I've heard that Pam cooking oil spray is good for bug problems.  Supposedly they don't stick so hard and are easy to wash off.  Worth a try?   :idk:

I like to use Pledge, lemon is best. The bugs don't stick, and they don't stink! :lol:

Actually this sounds like a great game! Use painters tape and a target ..tape to the front of the car, assign points for each ring of the target with bonus for a bullseye..highest points wins a great prize!  Think I'll use this for this Dells this year  :lol:

My wife found it second hand on kijiji, don't ask me how she stumbled onto it. It looks like Canadian Tire carried them a few years ago. Now they are carrying the viper.  When she said "you'll never guess what I found... " and she told me what it was, I ask her why was she waiting to talk to me.. get it now!

Someone posted this on the other board... http://forum.modifiedpowerwheels.com/   I think I might do some modding of the princess solstice now too :)
