Going to put something on the passenger dash..it's too plain looking. Maybe a badge of sorts. :)

Added Norms Racing Bumper with a little custom modification.  Also, visited the guys at Solo Performance/Mufflerman in Kenmore, NY.  I had two MR resonators welded into the exhaust and it is now perfect...car runs a lot smoother.  In about 3 weeks, the car goes in for the fender widening and paint.  I might extend the stripes down onto the new rear bumper.

As I leave for the Maritimes tomorrow morning I just emailed the dealer telling him that I just noticed that the wheel house liners are cracked again.  :gaah:

I've put a little 3M tape on it so I hope it'll hold it together until I get back. I'm hoping that a plastic repair guy at the dealership can repair it and reinforce it at the same time and the damn thing won't crack again. It cracked on the bumper side as the TSB was done when they were changed last time.

Stuck a turbo chrome badge on the passenger's side beside the air vent. It dressed it up a bit. :)

I go in tomorrow to get one of mine replace for the same reason.  I am going to have to look into it and see if there is a way to fix GM's problem with these things.

going to try and install this diffuser plate under my open exhaust
http://www.eliseparts.com/products/show/13/42/rear-diffuser-s2/
measurement are right on

threw a CEL code today, turns out I needed an O2 extender when installing my header-back exhaust from SOLO, contacted Steve and within an hour they were getting my address and sending me one.  Just great guys and great products.

Decided to do some more weight reductions, got a good deal on some 17lbs buckets.  Stock seats weigh in at 40lbs so along with my lighter battery (minus 20lbs) and lighter wheels (minus 48lbs but have not ordered them yet) with my EBC rotors were each 2.5lbs lighter than stock,(10lbs total) my Kappa will be a lean machine! That's '58lbs' of reduced ROTATING MASS total!  That makes a big difference on the street.  Removed tire kit, vanity mirrors, floormats and trunk carpet as well.
I haven't confirmed this yet, but the Eibach springs and Koni shocks are supposedly lighter as well.
Not sure how much lighter the SOLO catback was,  but the Hi-flow cat was 3.5lbs lighter. SOLO header was 1.5lbs lighter.
The stock intake delete took off 5lbs.  (I'm weighing everything as I go so the info will be available on the forums)
and I'm going to delete my subwoofer which I assume is only 2-3lbs, but it all adds up.
Almost forgot, I deleted my rear valence and reverse light. Not much to it, could hardly balance it on the scale. About 4lbs.
With all that weight shed and a 140lbs driver PLUS the DDM stage 1, she'll run quite nicely and I won't feel bad about not going to Stage2 since I don't trust the bottom of the motor with the weaker rods and different pistons from the earlier models.  (I have a 2008)
I found a thread that stated the stock exhaust is 42lbs, does anyone know how much the SOLO N/A Single exhaust weighs?
Oh! I received my replacement armrest today to ship off to JPM to have it diamond stitched with contrasting black leather and black Alcantara!  Stoked.

I've wondered how accurate the scales are at waste management stations. Might be worth a before and after comparison on the same scale.

Drove it to Columbus Ohio and back, thought about washing it as well! I also thought about waxing it, but it was just to much, so I only thought about detailing it instead. I mean really, you cannot see the difference anyways, right? so why the extra imaginary effort?
