Finally got my finger sewwed back on and usable, and got my trunk repair date at the dealership setup for next Tuesday/Wednesday. I am attempting to be there to get photos of how to remove the whole "ass" end of the car for future reference.

Took a drive through the Red Rock Canyon National Preservation Area.  Was beautiful!  Hate that (%&*#@) 35 mph speed limit though.  Parts of that road were built for a kappa!

smartin, uh, what are your "few special ideas in mind"?  Joe and Alex at JPMCOACHWORKS have a "Miracle in the Middle of the Cabin" that's what I nicknamed mine, after he sent it back to us.  Believe me you will love it and the padding it provides for your right elbow makes all the difference in the world.  We ordered the Premium Black Leather with Red Diamond Stitch.  In the Aggressive GXP and interior, it is AWESOME!  :drive:

Ok, I have no idea what CT was doing, nor do I want any pictures!  If he needed to have his finger sewn back on after an ass end removal, what was he doing with his finger... ass... removal?  Jeeze, haven't you ever heard of Mobil 1KY?  Also, I am not sure an internet CAR forum is quite the right place for this stuff.  There are plenty of other forums to discuss such things.

Either way, to each their own and I wish CT's finger a swift recovery!

Make the right choices now

Well, I had heard about this gel padding but Alex said that was difficult to work with so I'm going with the regular padding. I'm having something stitched on it that a lot of people have but I'm using a color that hasn't been used at all or not very much. Pics will follow and I will try to make it equally as intriguing as my fancy new shifter thread. :D

I installed Knight Rider lights to the top portion of the bottom grill. They are very bright and have 20 different patterns.
I dont have a picture of them installed yet but here is what they look like.

I've had a few people compliment me on the chrome wheels thinking they were aftermarket. Yeah they do look good.

What?!?  Those tires suck.  You kidding me!!!   Oh...wait...I think I have those too! LOL.  They're not a bad tire.  Definately a step up from the stock tires.  Probably 2 steps up!  I think next time around I will go for something a bit grippier.  The Hankooks are supposed to be great on wet pavement but I couldn't tell you one way are the other.  Congrats.
