I did some metal reforming work on both sides of the clam shell by the tail lights too improve gap around that area. Install the clam shell helper spring I got at the MMM8.

My, that polishing looks like fun!  :-)

I purchased and installed mud flaps on my GXP Friday.  After an all day drive Sunday all I had to clean off was the bugs on the windshield and front end.  Hardly any dirt on the sides this time, wow!  The mud flaps did a great job of keeping the sides and rear end clean.

Oh yeah, I got the Ecotec engine shirt too!

I picked up the urethane to install the rear window on the LaMans top today. Now just waiting for the temperatures to go down some. It is still in the 100's everyday 104 right now.

I moved the BOV under my Hood.

From Passenger Side [Before Pic]

After Pic

To the Driver Side on the Dejon IC Pipe

I immediately noticed that the BOV is more responsive on the Driver side and I swear my kappa pegs 25psi in a split second now.
I was doing it more for aesthetic reasons, but it's helped the response time.

Well I will say that I cheated a bit.

When my car was painted, I went and got a piece of vinyl from a local graphics shop and took it to the painter. I asked him to spray out whatever color and clear he had left in his gun on the vinyl. So I got about 6 sq ft of color matched vinyl for only $10 :)

Yes, it was part of the Install Kit and is the coolant line.  In the last pic, you can see where it originates on the Coolant line and then in the first and second pic, where it terminates on the Turbo.

The paint stays flexible?

Yes he had flex in the paint because he was painting the bumper. He mentioned he put as much flex in it as he could. I noticed no issues when installing

I have to admit I have always liked the look of the eyelids. Got any extra "silver pearl" vinyl you didn't use?

Nope
But aside from that stumble at stop, Kappa is running great.  I'm loving the Koni's on my GMPP springs.
:D

So describe the difference between only having the rear ZOK compared to both.

Having just the rear might the back of the car tighter...almost like you're one with the car.  Adding the front made the car more linear and there is almost 0 body roll at all...front end seems to be easier to control....as if more emphasis has been put on driver input.
