Got a call from the dealship and said my GXP was good to go!!! Put in a new turbo bypass valve and changed the MAF sensor. Will pick her up later today and see how she runs. Vroom Vroom.

Put on some new wheels I got last Tuesday at TireRack. Kazera KZ-J that were on sale for $59 each.
Couldn't pass on that deal.

About a month ago I ran over a possum at 80 mph at night and he took out the R front fender well and cracked the RF fender. Yesterday I replaced the fender with a new one from ICS and today I got her back from the body shop where they installed the fender well and brace. No more worries about driving in the rain!

They were shipped in two boxes by UPS, and each box was 58 LBS, so each wheel weighed about 29 LBS minus the weight of the box.

nope, but might as well upgrade since i have the engine and tranny out while the the car gets worked on(got into a collision and car got wrecked in feb)

Just purchased the RKSport carbonfiber rear filler panel. Will be getting Norm's fenders and Tony's black windshield surround soon. Will take pics of the filler panel once installed.

i wish they had the rk cf rear for quad tips for sky. they only fit dual solstice tips

DirtyMike: thank you for the price, I checked the prices locally for oem and flywheel is $400 and the clutch is about $300 so that is a great price for stronger versions.

Today I have installed Z0K bars, I was missing a bushing and I re-used the bushings and the clamps from the FE3 ones.

I am assuming you know that the front clamps and bushings are the same for the Z0K bar.
The ones in the back are definitely different size and the ones from the FE3 suspension are to small.
So if the ones in the back are the ones you were missing try to get the Z0K one as soon as you can.

I didn't knew that, I received only 2 clamps and one bushing, but the bushing from the FE3 fitted and kept those. Will not be a problem to switch them, to replace the bars was a lot harder in 98F working on a garage with too small hole (under the car) for me.

I will look forward to replace if they will remove the winter squeaks will be nice.

They look like they fit but it is actually to small. The FE3 bushing is I believe a 25mm and the one from the ZOK is 27mm for the back.
The front FE3 bracket and bushing is the same for the Z0K Front bar, I believe those are 33mm.

If its a GM part I would think you could order it from an Opel dealer. Worth the call to find out.

Went there and asked for Z0k bars, after 30 minutes the parts guy replied "there is no such thing in our system", same for GMPP kit/sensors.

so let me ask this and I did read the millions and millions of the sway bar threads. Is the only difference between the zok and the gxp are that the zok are have thicker walls.
