Beautiful top down day.  But, discovered fluid on the garage floor under the differential.  Into the dealer on Monday.  I thought this problem was supposed to be solved for later models???     :idk:

Are we talkin a a butt and back warmer?

Yes two piece, butt and back, both sides.   Do you have the fly swatter up with the tonneau cover in place?  I would think that would stop the wind from hitting you on the right side.  Unless do you have the driver's window up?  Try it with both down.

Yes, I do have the Flyswatter in and I was driving with the drivers side window up.  I will try it with both down on my way home tonight.

I only put the windows up with the top down if it is raining (works if you are 50 mph and up) or I'm on the phone.  Otherwise I have mine down and the the piece of whatever it is across the back of mine keeps most of the wind off the back of my neck.

Working on it. I will probably start a new thread with the photos so they don't get lost in this 168 page mess ;)

Depending on funds, I MAY just have to swing down there to get some installed for Snowacuse.

We are already doing a heated seat install at the mod meet.  So if anyone else want's them done, we could do them all in the same location and that would make it kind of factory like.
They are definitely worth every penny.

Heck, this is perfect opportunity for Critterman to perfect his supervisor and delegation skills.

Went out for a drink with the people from work (yes only one). Left the bar, it was dark, put the top down and realized how much I love my DDM trunk light :)

Drove to pick my daughter up from work. Brought G8TR back home and spruced it up, taking it for a dyno run in the morning. I've always wondered what kind of numbers we would get down here with all the humidity. Tomorrow I find out. :yay: :yay: :yay:

I'll do that if I get some decent shots of the actual installation.

Thanks,

I drove down to Richmond to test out a guitar amp I've been looking at.

Driving with the top down when it's a little chilly out isn't the greatest idea when you have to play guitar right afterwards...

Changed my spark plugs (got rid of nasty misfire on cylinder #3, that plug was burnt). Will replace upstream O2 sensor next week.
I'd rather be driving! :D
