Love the interior, never cared for the all black interior of the GXP and the perforated leather is a bonus. Nicely done.
Just trying to do my part...

I dig the interior upgrade

Incidentally, where did you find that first pic (from your last post).  It looks similar to a Breckland Beira - right down to the wheels, which is what I'm interested in.  They're Lorinser LM6's (or clones).  I would like to know where they are available drilled in our 5x110 bolt pattern (or if Breckland and whoever sourced them for this car is using wobble bolts, had them re-drilled...)

Dave at Werks sent me that photo.  I don't know where that car came from or anything about it.  Email Dave and see if he has any answers.

Here is the latest -- a huge hole in my hood.   Options to follow.  Hoping final tuning is completed this week and then it will be off to the body shop.

Dave has a scoop coming that will cover the opening and bring air into the engine - I have Norm's vented fenders which should help get the air out.  Given that it is black, I'm hoping it all blends well and looks subtle.

Scoop has been test fitted and going to body shop this week.  Photos to follow.  Final testing and tuning should be done this week.

Here is the scoop.  It is as small as possible while still covering the hole and getting cool air to the engine.  The photo just shows it sitting on the hood.  Prepped and painted, I think it will blend in well.

The scoop looks nice, it's little more flashy than I thought you wanted?
But I'd search for a higher end looking intake grill material.  I know a lot
of folks use it but it says Home Depot to me and it doesn't reflect the quality
of the rest of the car.  Sorry if it sounds harsh.

It's a little hard to tell with the tape around it, but I think it's too wide for my taste.

Looking good.

They cut three inches off the width of the scoop as it originally existed.  True, the hole dictates the size of the scoop.  It has been trimmed in every way, including height, to be as small as possible and still provide the clearance.  I think it will look great prepped and painted.  And the cool air is key, according to Dave, who races a coupe every weekend and saw a big decrease in engine temps with a louvered hood this past summer.  More importantly, the next update should be the engine tuning, street driving and dyno numbers.

You know, once you mash the long skinny pedal, people are not going to be able to see that hood for long.  So I think you best make sure you have a pretty rear end for them to look at.
Just wanted to add that I hate you  :)

This is pretty awesome! A shaker hood would be awesome, but that's more of a Dodge thing.

Corvette Scaglietti de 1959, um dos 3

Because suppositories shaped coupes have been around forever I thought
you might like to see how they handled the hood scoop on a 1959 Scagliettie
( 1 of 3 Italian re-bodied Corvette).  Not too looking shabby or sounding ;)
I would of went for this blue if Pontiac offered it.
